Our Vision of SuccessAsset-based community development involves cultivating the rich and diverse human capacity and social assets that are already present in the community. Our vision for successful community development is to love our neighbors, cultivate and support the leaders that are already present and train new leaders who will do the same.
Our strategy is to partner with students, families, community organizations and human service provider networks that also work towards life-changing transformation and empowerment throughout the city and region. 5 key areas of leadership development and support have been identified: Academic, Social, Financial, Physical and Spiritual. We value strategic partnerships within our community and region We value indigenous leadership development We value biblical virtue- based character development We value creating environments and experiences that allow people to connect to God and to each other.
