The excitement in the space was palpable. Some of the most influential and compassionate folks in Buffalo came to share their time with us. &nbsp;We are grateful for the dear champions of XCEL Leadership Center that were on hand to make sure no detail was missed.&nbsp;The Capital Partners of Kids With Cameras: Through Our Eyes project, The Arts Services Initiatives of WNY and M&amp;T Charitable Foundation join us. The excitement in the space was palpable. Some of the most influential and compassionate folks in Buffalo came to share their time with us. &nbsp;We are grateful for the dear champions of XCEL Leadership Center that were on hand to make sure no detail was missed.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>The Capital Partners of Kids With Cameras: Through Our Eyes project, The Arts Services Initiatives of WNY and M&amp;T Charitable Foundation join us. They both presented us with generous contributions that turned our dream into a reality.&nbsp;<br><br>The 'wins' are still being realized. Well after the tablecloths have been folded and put away and the last chair has been stacked...invitations to partner are still being extended (and accepted). Collaboration is beckoning us; it demands that we envision success for each of us, at the same time.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Success, Together. That is what Christian Community Development &nbsp;dreams are made of. Bringing The Kingdom up there, down here. Shalom; nothing missing and nothing broken.&nbsp;<br><br>The day's mission has been accomplished: Cast the vision, make it plain. We allowed our community to imagine a success that we could all work towards. Thank you to each and every guest that shared their time and treasure. My sadness for her loss was met with an  immense hope, joy and then a settled gratefulness. In the midst of planning her farwell celebration of her husband, this dear, grieving widow remembered XCEL. Days later, I am no less stunned by her graciousness, but I am even more determined to honor and cherish every supporter and partner that has joined in the vision to see Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done. Will anyone show up? Will they hate the cameras? Will anyone have an allergic reaction to the pizza? Will there be snow storm? (Phoenix, friends what you saw in Tuscon is not considered a storm in the Queen City). Thank you Buffalo art community! You have proven the naysayers wrong again. What we lack in Stanley Cups, Bowl Rings and a bustling down-town...
